- Site inspections during the whole of the construction phase (the frequency of site visits will be dependent on the complexity of the works and the level of service agreed). The provision of ‘out-of-office-hours’ inspections by prior arrangement.
- A fast response and resolution of construction related problems, and design amendments, resulting from site inspection or deposit of amended drawings and information.
- Attendance at site meetings and the witnessing of tests of the building(s), its components and systems.
- Administration of the submission including; issuing of an Initial Notice to the local authority; statutory consultations; maintenance of records and correspondence dealing with the building regulations, allied legislation of the project, and other issues and; the issuing of a Final Certificate.
- Specialist fire safety consultation and advice, fire risk assessments and technical appraisals.
